Housekeeping

Yes all properties have towels and laundry on beds, plus a tea towel and bath mat for use during your stay.

Yes the property is fully equipped with these items.

Most of the properties have both a crib & highchair. This information is on the apartment listing in the description and amenities section.

No, we don’t over populate our apartments and we also don’t use sofa beds.

Yes we do and we will charge you for this if it is required.

Yes we can. This will be charged as an additional extra.

Maintenance

Only essential maintenance will take place. This will only be done to enhance your guest experience.

Arrival Day

Our check in time is from 4pm. Although we will try to check you in early if possible, we will let you know on your arrival day via the email that you booked with.

No, sorry you can’t do this due to health and safety. Please use the left luggage facility at the train station.

No, the space will be used by the previous guests or housekeepers prior to your check in time.

Check in information will be sent to you 3 days before your arrival via email. All of our apartments are self-check in, either using a key safe or a digital lock.

Exit Day

Yes of course you can. Please follow the procedure we send to you via email. This will be sent to you during your stay.

Yes you do. Please return them to the key safe or digital lock and ensure the numbers are returned to 0000 on departure.

We expect the apartment to be returned to us in the same way as you received it:

  • All dishes either cleaned or in dishwasher and turned on.
  • Rubbish removed from apartment.
  • All appliances turned off
  • Heating returned to time position

We require you to let us know the day before or ideally sooner if you wish to stay longer. This is subject to availability.

Yes, all of our properties have both WiFi and TVs

No, we only host entire properties, meaning you will have the whole property for your stay.

Below are a few helpful steps to find parking while visiting Edinburgh, that will be helpful close to your accommodation and while you are out and about.

Generally free parking can be found across East Lothian at most destinations and tourist spots. There are also some Pay & Display car parks in more busy areas such as North Berwick

Payments

No, we only take full payment up front. We don’t refund reservations however we can alter the dates of your reservation if required.

If you damage an item then we will ask you to cover the cost of its replacement.
