Situated in an ideal central location adjacent to Waverley Train Station. Brewhemia loves dogs so much that they hold an annual Dogtoberfest event, featuring themed treats for the pooches and prize for best dressed! On a regular day your dog will be well looked after with water and biscuits for best behaviour.
Rabble Taphouse and Grill

There is a choice of outdoor and indoor seating at Rabble. Dogs are welcome in all areas of this fabulous cocktail bar for food and drink service. Water bowls and treats are available too.
The Red Squirrel
21 Lothian Road
Perfect for craft beer fans. The staff at the Red Squirrel are happy to accommodate your pet by providing water, treats and plenty of pats. If you are lucky, they might even be able to find them a sausage or two on a special dog platter.
Badger and Co
32 Castle Street
Of course dogs are welcome at this Wind in the Willows inspired bar/restaurant. Badger and co has a wonderful outdoor terrace in a prime people watching spot with a splendid view of Edinburgh Castle.
The Auld Hoose

Famous for the ‘Best Nachos in Edinburgh’- There’s never any shortage of canine customers in the Auld Hoose, thanks to its close proximity to prime dog walking spots – Holyrood Park and Arthurs Seat. Plus it has a huge dog-friendly sign outside!
37-39 Leven St
Dogs are welcome at The Blackbird inside and out. The hidden beer garden is without a doubt one of the best in Edinburgh, a real suntrap protected from the elements. They serve an eclectic all day menu plus an amazing brunch . The Halloumi fries are not to be missed no matter what time of day you visit.

Truly a wonderful place to ‘Bee’. Honeycomb and Co is an elegant coffee, brunch and lunch spot situated in the bustling area of Bruntsfield. They make all of their sweet treats on-site and the service is always attentive. Dogs are welcome inside and out.

McLarens on the Corner

All dogs are welcome in the ground floor restaurant, The Bar. They say “Your four-legged friend is an important member of the family and is of course more than welcome to join you for a drink or a meal with us”
They also have a huge outdoor area including gondola pods for you to sit in and enjoy a drink alfresco.
The Stockbridge Tap
2-6 Raeburn Place
The manager has said that Sunday is their “dug heavy day” where they can have up to 12 dogs in at a time. It’s also a great place to visit if you are into craft beer and ales, with guest pours rotating regularly. Over 18s only (humans not dogs).

One of Edinburgh’s best loved local pubs. Lovely traditional pub grub, malt of the month, live music and pub quizzes are just some of the reasons to visit… Lots of dogs to be found in here. The best spot is by the fire.
112 Raeburn Place
The Raeburn Hotel is very popular with canines and their owners. Dogs are welcome in the bar/lounge area and in the huge outdoor area accessed from the front street. Super popular in summer. Dog bowls and treats are provided.

Hector’s is a family friendly pub that is super welcoming to dogs – named one of the best dog friendly pubs in Scotland in 2018 by ‘DogBuddy Dog-friendly Pub awards’. You will find a relaxed atmosphere and on a Sunday they are well known for their Sunday Roast! Outdoor seating is available.
